摘　　要：针对汽车主模型研制项目风险管理的需要,在项目研制过程中对关键的风险事件已经研究识别的基础上,采用专家评定的方法,对汽车主模型研制项目的各类风险事件生成水平高低和风险后果对项目影响大小再进行分析和评估。结合已经有的风险识别的研究成果,可以对同类项目的风险识别、风险评估和风险管理提供实际操作经验和理论基础。Aimed at the need of risk management for the research and manufacturing of automobile main model, based on the identified key risk during the its research and manufacturing, expert assessment method was used to analyze and evaluate the generated level of the risk events in the automobile main model projects and the influence of the risk consequences on the project. Combined with the risk research achievement of the identified risk, this research can provide practical operating experiencetheoretical foundation for the risk identification, risk evaluation and risk management for the similar projects.
