兰坪低品位氧化锌矿脱泥浮选新工艺试验研究

摘　　要：针对云南兰坪低品位氧化锌矿矿石质脆、矿泥含量大、钙镁等碱性脉石含量高等特点,采用预先脱泥—硫化—铵法浮锌的全流程开路工艺流程,选用新型捕收剂HHA,组合使用水玻璃和六偏磷酸钠作为脉石抑制剂和矿泥分散剂,获得了锌品位为34.08%,回收率为65.29%的氧化锌精矿。Low grade oxidized zinc ores from Lanping are fragile,containing large amount of fine slime and alkalescency gangues such as CaO and MgO.The paper adopted sodium silicate and sodium hexametaphosphate as depressants and dispersing agents,and used new collector HHA,further adopted predeslime-sulphidation-amine flotation open-circuit flowsheet,the concentrate with following indexes was obtained： zinc grade of final concentrate 34.08% and zinc recovery rate 65.29%.
