摘 要:采用微悬浮体化助剂FY-3对纯棉织物进行预处理,住友SS系列活性染料进行染色,并对微悬浮体染色工艺和常规染色工艺进行对比.实验结果表明,采用微悬浮体染色工艺(MSD)可提高染料的上染百分率和固色率,同时可通过减少染料用量,使其与常规染色深度达到一致,从而降低生产成本,减少对环境的污染.The project was based on sumitomo SS series reactive dyes when the micro-suspension assistant FY-3 pretreatment cotton fabrics, compared with the micro suspension body dyeing process and the conventional dyeing process. The results indicated that the rate of both exhaustion and fixation were enhanced in the micro-suspension dyeing. At the same time it could reduce the amount of dye to achieve the same depth of conventional staining ac- cording to the basis of optimized. Thus relievin~ the sewage treatment burden and reduced the production cost.
