摘  要:通过涂层工艺使涂层表面具有拒水性能,再通过添加纳米二氧化硅提高涂层表面的粗糙度,从而使接触角增大,最终使涂层表面具有高度的拒水自洁性能.具体工艺为:将30g正硅酸乙酯和60gDMF在40℃下反应5h,然后加入改性剂KH-570再反应1.5h得到改性纳米二氧化硅溶胶.发现用氟树脂FEVE-700、氟树脂FEVE-100、粘合促进剂PL-2、氟系高分子聚合物EX-910与所得到的改性纳米二氧化硅溶胶按10∶1∶3∶1.5∶10的比例做出来的拒水自洁效果最好.By the coating processing, the coating surface has the property of water repellent, and then adding nano-silica on the coating surface to increase the roughness, so that the contact angle is increased, eventually coating surface with a high degree of water repellent and self-cleaning properties. The technique processing is as follows: first the 30g TEOS reacts with 60gDMF at 40℃ for 5 hours, then adds the modifier KH-570 for 1.5 hours, finally the modified nano-silica sol is obtained. It is found that the coating property of water repellent and self-cleaning is the best when fluorine resin FEVE-700, fluorine resin FEVE-100, adhesion promoters PL-2, flu- orine polymer EX-910 with the modified nano-silica sol in the proportion of 10: 1: 3: 1.5: 10.
