摘  要:发电机定冷水系统在运行3年后出现定子线棒超温和温差大的问题,检查分析了出现这一现象的主要原因。对发电机定冷水系统采用了化学清洗方式清除积垢,清洗后线棒通流能力得到恢复,各线棒流量均一性得到改善。清洗后的定冷水系统采取碱化树脂对定冷水水质进行调整优化,提高了定冷水pH值,碱化处理方式对控制铜腐蚀、降低定冷水铜含量作用明显。This paper performs the cause analysis of over-temperature and excessive temperature difference between the stator bars as the generator stator cooling water system has been in operation for three years. The chemical cleaning method is applied to remove the scale in the cooling water system. The flow capacity of the bars is recovered and the flow uniformity of all the bars is improved. The stator cooling water quality is opti- mized with alkalized resin after the cleaning to enhance pH of cooling water. Alkalization treatment is obviously effective to control copper corrosion and reduce the copper content in stator cooling water.
