家兔佐剂性关节炎疼痛前后痛觉P300的变化

摘　　要：目的探讨家兔佐剂性关节炎疼痛前后痛觉诱发电位P300成分的变化。方法分别记录10只日本大耳白兔弗氏佐剂注射前及注射后第7天、第21天用吗啡止痛前后的痛觉P300和痛阈。结果家兔注射佐剂后第7天和第21天痛阈明显下降(P<0.01),痛觉P300潜伏期明显缩短(P<0.01);止痛后痛阈明显上升(P<0.01),潜伏期明显延长(P<0.01)。注射佐剂后第7天,P300波幅较注射前增大(P<0.05),止痛后波幅明显减小(P<0.01);注射佐剂后第21天波幅较第7天明显减小(P<0.01)。痛阈与痛觉P300潜伏期明显正相关(r=0.516,P<0.01),与波幅无相关关系。结论佐剂性关节炎兔的痛觉P300与疼痛程度密切相关。Objective To explore the changes of the painful P300 under the state of pain induced by adjuvant induced arthritis（AIA） in rabbits.Methods The painful P300 and pain threshold in 10 rabbits were recorded before Freud＇s adjuvant injection,before and after morphine injection on the 7th day and the 21st day after Freud＇s adjuvant injection.Results With the pain threshold lowed（P0.01）,the latency of painful P300 was differentially shortened on the 7th day and 21st days after adjuvant injection（P0.01）.After morphine injected,pain threshold increased（P0.01） and the latency of painful P300 was prolonged（P0.01）.On the 7th day,the amplitude of painful P300 differentially increased（P0.05）,and decreased（P0.01） after morphine injected.The amplitude of painful P300 on the 21st day was significantly lower than that of the 7th day（P0.01）.The pain threshold correlated with the latency of painful P300（r=0.516,P0.01）.Conclusion Painful P300 is related with the condition of pain in rabbits with AIA.
