摘　　要：以内蒙古农资邮政物流为研究对象,采用数据包络分析方法,对各盟市农资邮政进行绩效评价,结果表明其主要存在各盟市发展不均衡、基础设施薄弱、渠道分布不合理的问题,并为其发展提出优化结构、丰富品种、强化渠道和队伍建设、控制风险以及提升经营管理水平的建议。The paper uses the DEA method to evaluate the performance of the agricultural material postal logistics of the leagues and cities in Inner Mongolia, finds its main problems reside in the unbalance of development between the leagues and cities, weak infrastructure and unscientific channel distribution, and at the end provides suggestions such as structural optimization, enfichening product offer, reinforcing channel and staff building, risk control and improving the level of operation and management.
