摘 要:在产品生产过程中,受4M1E(人、机、料、法、环)因素的随机波动影响,不良产品无法避免。针对这一现实情况,建立了更加符合实际要求的供应链订单分配混合整数规划模型,其优化目标是最小化交易成本、采购成本、不良产品数量、产品延迟交付数量与最大化供应商信誉评价。通过目标加权法将其转化为单目标决策,并运用lingo软件进行程序设计求解,最后通过算例验证了模型与程序设计的有效性。Affected by fluctuations in the 4M1E factors (man, machine, material, method, and environment), defective products are unavoidable in practice. In view of such situation, the paper establishes a hybrid integer programming model for supply chain order allocation which fits mare closely with practical requirements. The model aims at minimizing transaction and purchasing cost and the number of defective products and unmet delivery deadlines and maximizing the favorable opinions on the suppliers. Through objective weighting, the mul- ti-objective model is converted into a single-objective one and is solved using the program Lingo. At the end, a numerical example is used to test the effectiveness of the model and procedure designed.
