摘　　要：西方工会作为独立的社会组织,在利益表达方面文武兼备、注重源头维护、程序安排更为合理;当前西方工会虽然面临着一些困难,但通过加强相关制度机制建设和国际合作,在利益整合的表达方面将继续发挥积极的作用。在我国,随着市场经济的逐步完善,改革开放的稳步推进,工会在社会利益整合表达方面的功能也需要进一步加强,研究西方工会的特点和发展趋势,有助于对我国工会的完善提供一些参考。With the perfection of market economy and the overall progress of the reform and opening-up in our country, it is of great significance for the trade union organizations to strengthen the mechanism of interest integration, and carefully study the characteristics and development tendency of western trade union. The interest integration and expression of western trade union can be a reference for the trade union organizations in our country.
