摘　　要：3月的全国两会，与春天一起如期到来。Chinese construction industry is rising refreshingly in a new starting line in the agile footsteps of the representatives and committee members of two conferences entering the Great Hall of the People. New progress,which absorbs support from historical experience,is firm and powerful.Yet in face of the new target of GDP 7.5%,intertwined new and old contradictions,interlinked international and domestic issues,it is also heavy and critical;problems and challenges,social and economic difficulties unsettled after several years of appeals,some become the shackle of the construction industrial development as well,under the new conditions,receiving earnest concerns again by representatives and committee members.
