摘 要:采用超声共沉淀法制备了SO24-/ZrO2-TiO2(SZT)固体超强酸,用流动指示剂法测定酸强度,通过BET、IR、TG-DTA和XRD进行表征,并反复用于催化乙酸和乙醇的酯化反应,检验其催化稳定性。结果表明,超声共沉淀法且在-15℃陈化条件下制备的SO24-/ZrO2-TiO2固体超强酸的比表面积及酸强度大(H0≤-14.5),催化活性高,样品表面与SO24-结合较牢固,重复使用时,催化活性变化不大。SO42-/ZrO2-TiO2 solid superacid(SZT) was prepared by co-precipiation under ultrasonic radi- ation. The acidity of the samples were determined with flow indicator method. The as-prepared samples were characterized by BET,IR,TG-DTA and XRD and were reused as the catalysts for the esterification of acetic acid and ethanol in order to study their catalytic properties. The results showed that SO^-/ZrO2- TiO2 solid superacid prepared by co,precipiation under ultrasonic radiation and aged at - 15 ~C exhibited the best catalytic properties compared with other samples prepared by normal co-precipiation method, and had larger specific surface area, higher acid strength ( H0 ~〈 - 14.5 ) and catalytic activity. The surface of the sample could combine with SO42- more firmly and its catalytic activity had little change during the reuse.
