摘　　要：采用亲和色谱和离子交换色谱技术,从我国东北产槲寄生中分离纯化出一种剧毒Ⅱ型核糖体失活蛋白CM1。通过基质辅助激光解吸飞行时间质谱法测定CM1的肽质量指纹谱,利用Mascot软件,进行数据库搜索,对其性质进行快速准确地鉴定。A novel type Ⅱ ribosome inactivating protein,which was a high toxic component named CM1,was extracted by affinity chromatography and ion exchange chromatography from mistletoe in north China.The method using Matrix Assisted Laser Desorption Ionization Time-of-Flight Mass Spectrometry（MALDI-TOF-MS） was developed to identify CM1 with peptide mass fingerprint（PMF） technique.The peptide mass fingerprint data were obtained and queried in SWISS-PROT database by Mascot software,the characteristics of CM1 was identified fastly and exactly.
