自家疫苗防治奶牛隐性乳房炎效果的研究

摘　　要：将武汉某牧场的38头隐性乳房炎患牛随机分为两组,第一组进行自家疫苗免疫试验,第二组使用药物治疗。每月采集奶样送至湖北省DHI检测室,探究自家疫苗对降低隐性乳房炎患牛乳体细胞数的效果。结果表明,自家苗免疫组牛奶体细胞数下降幅度极显著高于药物治疗组。In this study,38 cases of cows with recessive mastitis were randomly divided into two groups in a farm of Wuhan city.Cows in one group were vacinated with self-developed vaccine,while cows in another group were treated with medicines.Milk samples collected from 38 cows in every month were tested by Dairy Herd Improvement（DHI） lab,in order to study the self-developed vaccine’s effect to decreas the somatic cell count.Results showed that the vaccine had noticeable effect on reducing somatic cell count of recessive mastitis cows.
