黄连氯仿、乙酸乙酯提取物对实热证模型大鼠LA、PA、LDH、SDH的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究黄连氯仿、乙酸乙酯提取物对实热证模型大鼠乳酸(LA)、丙酮酸(PA)含量、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、琥珀酸脱氢酶(SDH)活性的影响。方法:采用2,4-二硝基苯酚复制大鼠实热证模型,给药黄连氯仿、乙酸乙酯提取物治疗,分光光度法测定LA、PA含量、LDH、SDH活性。结果:与空白对照组比较,模型对照组肝组织LA、PA含量,LDH、SDH活性显著升高(P<0.01);与模型对照组比较,氯仿组、乙酸乙酯组大鼠血浆LA、PA含量、LDH活性显著降低(P<0.01)。结论:黄连氯仿、乙酸乙酯醇提取物对实热证模型大鼠有治疗作用。Objective:To study the effects of chloroform extract and acetate extract of rhizome coptidis on the content of lactic acid(LD),pyruvic acid(PA) and lactate dehydrogenase(LDH) and succinate dehydrogenase(SDH) in the liver tissue.Methods:2,4-dinitrophenol was used to establish excess-heat syndrome models.The models were treated by chloroform extract and acetate extract of rhizome coptidis.Using spectrophotometric to determine the content of LD and PA contents and the activities of LDH and SDH.Results:Compared with the control group,the contents of LD and PA and the activities of LDH and SDH of model control group significantly increased(P<0.01).Compared with model group,the contents of LD and PA and the activities of LDH of chloroform extract and acetate extract of rhizome coptidis significantly decreased(P<0.01).Conclusion:Chloroform extract and acetate extract of rhizome coptidis had therapeutic effect on excess-heat syndrome rats.
