摘　　要：北京市高级人民法院在2010年审理了一大批重大疑难复杂的知识产权案件,涉及较多的法律问题。本文是对北京市高级人民法院在审理过程中形成的新观点和新做法的总结。同一标题原文包括48徊主题的讨论分析,本文汇集了其中8个主题的内容,并保留了原文的主题序号。In 2010, the Beijing Higher People＇s Court handled a lot of important and difficult IP cases involving a variety of issues of law. This article represents a summery of the new views or opinions and practices the Beijing Higher People＇s Court have arrived at or derived from its adjudication of the cases. In an article of the same title, there are alto- gether 48 topics discussed, and this article deals with only 8 of them, with all the subtitles and serial number kept unchanged.
