摘  要:萨零组油层是强水敏储层,在注水开发时需加入一定浓度的防膨剂来抑制黏土矿物的膨胀,从而降低对地层的伤害。因此应用X射线法和岩心流动法等办法系统评价了表征黏土稳定剂性能的晶格间距、岩心伤害率、防膨率、溶失率等几项指标,形成了一套筛选防膨剂性能指标的方法体系。优选出的防膨剂为氯化钾型黏土稳定剂DNT—014,优选注入浓度为3%。通过矿场试验取得了很好的应用效果,检验了该方法体系的有效性,对同类低渗透强水敏油层的防膨剂优选具有一定的指导意义。Saling formation belong to strong water sensitivity reservoir,the water injection development required to join a certain concentration of antiswelling agent to suppress the expansion of the clay mineral,thus reducing formation damage.So applying methods such as X-ray and core flow law characterization of clay stabilizer system evaluation properties of lattice spacing,core harm rates,rates of anti-swelling,dissolve-loss ratio,has formed a screening method of antiswelling agent performance indicators system.Antiswelling agent optimization as potassium chloride with clay stabilizer DNT—014,optimizing injection concentration of 3%.Obtained through field testing of a good application to test the validity of the methodology,similar antiswelling agent in low permeability strong water sensitivity of reservoir optimization have certain significance.
