摘 要:目的 寻找 HCV体外感染的细胞培养系统。方法 选用 HCV RNA阳性血清感染人单核细胞株 (U937)、人 T淋巴细胞株 (Molt- 4)、人胆囊细胞株 (Kirlich)、猪肾细胞株 (PK15 )、鼠睾丸细胞株 (STE)、人肝癌细胞株 (Hep G2和 Hep3B)等 7种细胞。应用 RT- PCR法检测 HCV RNA在这 7种细胞中的感染和复制情况。结果 7种细胞中均能检测到 HCV RNA正链 ,并且在 U937、Molt- 4和 Hep G2细胞株中发现 HCV RNA负链。结论 U937、Molt- 4和 Hep G2细胞株可以作为HCV体外感染的细胞培养系统。Objective To search for cell lines as a propagation model system for HCV infection in vitro. Methods The human mononuclear cell line (U 937 ), human T lymph cell line (Molt 4), human gull cell line (Kirlich), swine kidney cell line (PK15), rat testicle cell line (STE), human liver cancer cell line (HepG2 and Hep3B) were infected with positive serum of HCV RNA, and the infection and replication of HCV RNA in those cell lines were studied by RT PCR. Results The positive chains of HCV RNA were detected in all of those cell lines and the negative chains of HCV RNA were detected in cell lines of U 937 , Molt 4 and HepG2. Conclusions The cell lines of U 937 , Molt 4 and HepG2 could serve as propagation model systems for HCV infection in vitro.
