海南省2010年流动人口疟疾感染情况分析

摘　　要：目的了解海南省2010年流动人口疟疾发病情况。方法将海南省14个疟疾联防市县全年的疟防资料汇总、分析。结果 2010年海南省全年血检180 529人次,确诊疟疾的病例28例(均为间日疟);其中流动人口疟疾血检21 588人次,发现疟疾病例18例(均为间日疟)占全省确诊病例的64.3%、比2009年的51例减少了33例,降幅为64.7%。海南省的流动人口发病15例占83.3%,广东0例、广西1例占5.6%、其他省(区)2例占11.1%。2010年疟疾疫情比较平稳,疟疾病例比较集中在3～9月份,无明显的季节性分布。特别值得注意的是:2010年海南省检测到出国回归2例疟疾患者,比2009年增加1例。结论海南省流动人口的疟疾发病疫情虽然平稳下降,但仍占有疟疾发病较大的比例,而且从2010年始本地居民和流动人口的疟疾发病构成比呈相反比例,更加突出加强流动人口疟疾防治管理工作的重要性,尤其要特别关注出国务工或经商感染疟疾而回来的流动人口,这些输入性疟疾病例,可能对海南省疟疾防治工作构成新的威胁。Objective To understand the prevalence of malaria among mobile population in Hainan province in 2010.Methods Data concerning the anti-malaria joint campaign through 14 cities and counties in 2010 were collected and analyzed.Results 180 529 times/person blood examination were carried out.28 malaria cases were diagnosed with 28 vivax plasmodium cases and 0 falciparum case,and 18 of 28 cases were reported from mobile population,accounting for 64.3% and decreasing by 64.7% compared with 51 cases in 2009.15 cases occurred in the mobile population of Hainan province accounting for 83.3%,0 case from Guangdong,1 case from Guangxi（5.6%）,2 cases from other province or region（11.1%.）The epidemic situation of malaria in 2010 was relatively stable and concentrated in March to September without distinct seasonal distribution.Furthermore,it was particularly noticed that 2 cases from overseas returnees in 2010 were detected,which was higher than 2009（1 case）,Conclusion The malaria incidence among mobile population in Hainan province declined stably in 2010,but it had relatively larger proportion.The relationship between local residents and mobile population was inverse proportion in 2010.Thus malaria control management be strengthened among mobile population,especially for overseas returnees who worked or traded abroad.Otherwise,these imported cases will become a new threat to malaria control in Hainan province.
