摘　　要：目的分析闵行区现存晚期血吸虫病人的分布现状和特点,为晚期血吸虫病防制工作提供参考。方法对全区登记在册的历史晚期血吸虫病人进行随访调查,收集晚期血吸虫病人资料。结果 2011年闵行区现存晚期血吸虫病人487例,患病率39.8/10万;男女性别比1:2.61,平均年龄73.39岁,60岁以上年龄段占95.69%;全区9镇和1个街道均有病例分布,48.66%的病例分布于华漕镇;临床分型有巨脾型、腹水型和侏儒型三类,巨脾型占92.20%;38.68%的病人已切脾,已切脾者平均年龄73.24岁;81.93%的病人生活能自理,63.24%的病人同时患有其他慢性疾病。结论闵行区晚期血吸虫病人呈明显老龄化趋向,且病人数逐年下降。晚期血吸虫病人分布与历史血吸虫病流行程度有关。应加强健康教育,积极开展晚期血吸虫病人救治,改善病人的生活质量,提高生存率。Objective To analyze the distribution and characteristics of advanced schistosomiasis in Minhang District,Shanghai for reference of advanced schistosomiasis preventive and controlling measures.Methods Data on advanced schistosomiasis was collected and analyzed by epidemiological prevalent study.Results Until 2011,there were 487 advanced schistosomiasis cases,with prevalence rate of 39.8 per one hundred thousand.Male cases were more than female ones with gender ratio of 1：2.61.The average age of cases was 73.39,while cases with age older than 60 years accounted for 95.69%.Cases were distributed around 9 towns and 1 block,of which 48.66% in Huacao towns.There were 3 types with splenomegy,ascites and dwarf by clinical classification,during which cases with splenomegy was accounting for 92.20%.Cases by splenectomy accounted for 38.68%,with average age of 73.24.There were 81.93% of cases could take care by themselves,and 63.24% got with other chronic diseases.Conclusion Most cases were elders older than 60,and the number of cases dropped these years.The distribution of cases related with the seriousness of schistosomiasis epidemics historically.Health education plus cases treatment and caring measures should be strengthened to help them improve life quality and survival rate.
