广西2010年8市县疟疾流行态势分析

摘　　要：目的分析2010年粤桂琼联防区广西8市县疟疾发病情况与监测效果,为修订防治措施提供科学依据。方法收集8市县2010年疟疾疫情资料和监测数据进行统计分析。结果 2010年8市县查见疟疾病人3例,其中间日疟2例,恶性疟1例,均为输入性疟疾,发病率为0.04/10万。2010年8市县当地居民血检13 477人,均为阴性,流动人口血检10 338人,检出间日疟2例,恶性疟1例,阳性率为0.029%。结论 8市县疟疾疫情稳定,当地疟疾传播已降到很低水平。Objective To analyze the prevalent trend of malaria in 8 cities / counties in Guangxi Region in 2010 and provide basis for making control measures.Methods The data of malaria infectioin and malaria surveillance in 8 cities/counties in Guangxi in 2010 were collected and statistically analyzed.Results Three imoprted malaria cases were identified from blood examination among mobile populations with an incidence rate of 0.04 per 100 000 population in 2010 in Guangxi.Conclusion The malaria situation in 8 cities/ counties is stable.
