摘　　要：疟疾是死亡率最高的寄生虫病之一,尤以恶性疟发病最为凶险。目前抗疟药有许多种类,但是在疟疾治疗中存在普遍耐药性。咯萘啶作为我国研制的抗疟药物,具有安全、高效以及无交叉耐药等优势,在疟疾治疗中有广阔的应用前景,与其他抗疟药物联合应用效果显著。Malaria is one the parasitic diseases of highest mortality,especially Plasmodium falciparem malaria.At present,there are quite a variety of anmimalarials,but resistance to antimalarials in treatment of malari has been universly recorded Pyronaridine,the domestically developed antimalarial,is characterized by safety,high efficacy and without cross reactions to have a wide prospect in treatment of malaria and marked therautic effect can be achieved if in combination with other antimalarias.
