医院统计工作的思考

摘　　要：在新的形势下,为了充分发挥统计工作在医院管理中的作用,确保医院统计工作在数据利用和统计分析方面提供客观准确的依据并深度影响管理决策的结果,避免出现医院统计工作囿于常规、内容单一僵化而且日渐不被领导重视的现实问题,医院统计除常规工作外,应该在内容上向收治病种难易程度的定量判定,构建环节统计指标体系并参与医疗过程控制,医疗质量的定量评价,丰富统计工作内容等方面拓展延伸。本文分析了其中的难点并提出初步的解决思路以呼吁大家共同关注并着力解决。Under new circumstance, for fully developing the role of statistics in hospital management, making sure to provide objective and correct basis and deepen affecting the results of management decisions in aspects of data application and statistical analysis, avoiding remaining routine, unitary and rigid content and loss of attention by bosses, except for routine work, hospital statistics should extend to quantitative judgment of degree of easy or difficult of receiving disease categories, segment statistical index system establishment, participation of medical process control, quantitative evaluation of medical quality and enrichment of statistical work. This article analyzes the difficult points and puts forward solution thinking for appealing for con- cern and solution.
