摘  要:目的 探讨电焊烟尘对机体脂质过氧化作用的影响。方法 对 39名电焊工及 6 3名对照者的血清 MDA含量及 SOD、GSH- Px活性进行对照。结果 接触组 MDA含量、SOD活性均高于对照组 ,两组间差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;血中 GSH- Px与对照组相比差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;MDA、SOD、GSH- Px在不同工龄组间差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,且与工龄组间相关性较小 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 电焊烟尘可引起脂质过氧化和 SOD活性的改变。Objective To investigate the mechanism of lipid peroxidation by which welding fumes exert their effect on human body. Methods Plasma level of malonyldialdehyde (MDA), activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and glutathione peroxidase (GSH Px) were tested in 39 welders exposed to welding fumes and 63 non exposed control groups. Results The MDA level and SOD activity among exposed welders were significantly higher than that of the non exposed control (P<0.05), but GSH Px activity was not significantly different (P>0.05), while, the MDA level and SOD and GSH Px activities were not related to the length of service. Conclusions Welding fumes could lead to the change in lipid peroxidation and activity of SOD.
