用引产胎儿骨做植骨材料的临床应用

摘　　要：目的 :观察利用引产胎儿长管骨作为植骨材料治疗骨缺损、骨折不愈合的临床效果及价值。方法 :对24例应用5～7个月引产胎儿长管骨进行移植 ,并随诊观察分析。结果 :24例均获骨性愈合。结论 :胎儿骨来源方便 ,制备及保存容易 ,诱导成骨能力强 ,免疫排斥反应发生率低 。Objective: To observe the clinical effect of using the bones from artificial labored fetuses as the materials of bone transplantation on treating bone gaps and incurable fracture. Methods: Using the long tubal bones from 5 to 7 months'artificial labored fetuses as the materials of bone transplantation to treat 24 cases and then making a follow-up observation to analyze the curative effects. Result: All the 24 cases were cured with the bone gaps healed. Conclusions: It is easy to get and preserve the bones from artificial labored fetuses, which have a good effect on inducing the new bones and have a relatively low incidence of immuno-expellent reaction. The bones from artificial labored fetus are regarded as ideal materials for replacing self-bones in the bone transplantation.
