摘 要:动态观察山羊假手术组 ( Sham)和双侧卵巢切除组 ( OVX)在术前、术后 3月、6月、12月和 18月不同时间段血清骨特异性碱性磷酸酶 ( B- AL P)、抗酒石酸酸性磷酸酶 ( TRAP)、血清骨钙素 ( BGP)、血清磷 ( P)、血清钙 ( Ca)的变化规律 ,以及术后 12月血清雌二醇 ( E2 )水平的改变和术后 6月、18月子宫与阴道重量的变化。结果显示 :Sham组术后 18月 B- AL P水平明显高于术前 ( P<0 .0 1) ,其余各时间段相比差异无显著性 ( P>0 .0 5 )。 Sham组中 TRAP、P、Ca各时间段亦无明显改变 ( P>0 .0 5 ) ;而 BGP在术后 3月下降 ,明显低于术前 ( P<0 .0 5 ) ,以后逐渐升高 ,恢复到术前水平。 OVX组 B- AL P在术后 3月出现增高 ,但与术前相比差异无显著性 ( P>0 .0 5 ) ;术后 6个月 B- ALP迅速增高 ,比术前升高 167% ( P<0 .0 1) ;此后 B- ALP仍缓慢上升 ,至后术后 18个月比术前升高 2 19% ( P<0 .0 1)。 OVX组术后 6月、12月和 18月与同时间段 Sham组相比 ,其 B- AL P水平差异有显著性 ( P<0 .0 5 ,P<0 .0 1)。 OVX组中TRAP在术后 3月比术前明显增高 ( P<0 .0 5 ) ;术后 6月增高最为明显 ( P<0 .0 1) ,与同时间段 Sham组相比也明显增高 ( P<0 .0 5 )。OVX组血清 P在术后 3月、12月比术前明显增高 ( P<0 .0 5 ) ;Objective To investigate the changes of serum B- ALP,TRAP,BGP,E2 ,Ca and P in ovariectomized goats at regular intervals.Methods Twenty female goats,two years old,were random- ized into two groups:the sham operated( n=5 ) and the ovariectomized( OVX) groups.The OVX group was further divided into three subgroups:OVX 6months( n=5 ) ,OVX 12 months( n=5 ) and OVX 18 months( n=5 ) groups.Blood was drawn from the external jugularvein in all groups before ovariectomy, and at 3,6,12 and 18months after ovariectomy,some biochemical parameters were examined,including the concentrations of bone specific alkaline phosphatase( B- AL P) ,tartrate- resistant acid phosphatase ( TRAP) ,osteocalcin ( BGP) ,estradiol( E2 ) ,Ca and P in serum. Results The level of B- ALP in the sham operated group was slightly increased at6month after operation and remained at the level at one and half years after operation.This change may be related with increase in body weight of the goats. Other biochemical parameters maintained relatively constantin the sham operated group throughout the whole course.The levels of B- ALP and TRAP were obviously increased in the OVX group at6month after ovariectomy and remained at this level at one and half years after ovariectomy.This increasing am- plitude and rate in the OVX group were much higher than those in sham operated group.The level of E2 in serum and the weightof uterus in the OVX groups were lower than those in the sham operated group at6month,one year and one and half years after operation.Conclusion The bone metabolism after o- variectomy is of high turnover pattern,which is consistent with the condition of postmenopausal osteo- porosis of women.The results also support that the ovariectomized goatcan be used as an animal model of osteoporosis
