北京市区707例跟骨定量超声测定结果的分析

摘　　要：目的　测定北京市区正常成人跟骨定量超声参数 ,并与 12 8例骨质疏松症患者进行比较。方法　采用 UBIS 30 0 0型定量超声仪 ,对北京市区 5 79名正常成人 ,年龄为 2 0至 83岁 (女 366人 ,男 2 13人 )跟骨定量超声参数进行测量。结果　跟骨超声振幅衰减 ( BUA)和刚度 ( STI)的峰值女性在 40～ 49岁 ,男性在 5 0～ 5 9岁 ,超声声速 ( SOS)的峰值女性在 40～ 49岁。各年龄组的 BUA、SOS和 STI男性均高于女性。 BUA、SOS及 STI在绝经后妇女明显低于绝经前妇女 ;骨质疏松症患者明显低于对照组。结论　跟骨 BUA、SOS和 STI随年龄增长而改变 ,这些参数可以明显区分绝经前和绝经后妇女 ;也能明显区分正常人和骨质疏松症患者。Objective To meature the parameters of calcaneal quantitative ultrasound ( QUS) in normal Beijing subjects,compared with osteoporotic patients.Methods Calcaneal parameters were mea- sured in5 79normal Beijing subjects aged2 0 to83( 366women and2 13men) and12 8osteoporotic pa- tients by UBIS30 0 0 QUS.Results The peak values of broadband ultrasound attenuation( BUA) and stiffness( STI) of the calcaneus were both in40 - 49years for women and in5 0 - 5 9years for men;the peak value of sound of speed( SOS) was in40 - 49years for wemen.BUA,SOS and STI in men were greater than in women in different ages.BUA,SOS and STI were significantly lower in 192 post- menopausal women than in174premenopansal women and also they were significantly lower in12 8os- teoporotic patients than in age matched normals.Conclusion BUA,SOS and STI of the calcaneus may change with age and they may be used to discriminate premenopausal and postmenopausal women and to discriminate normal and osteoporotic subjects.
