摘  要:利用Hypermesh软件对某货车车门进行有限元建模及下沉刚度仿真分析,得到车门应力、应变云图,进行该车门的下沉刚度试验,对比分析仿真结果和试验所得下沉变形数据,提出改进措施并计算验证。结果表明,车门有限元模型能反映实际结构的刚度特性,改进后的车门满足车门下沉刚度的要求,该方法为新车门的研发提供了依据。Finite element modeling and sag stiffness simulation of truck door were conducted by using Hypermesh software,the stress cloud and strain cloud.Sag stiffness test of the door was carried on,simulation results and experimental data of sag distortion were compared and analyzed.Put forward the improvement measures and computing verification,the results show that the finite element model of the door reflects the actual structure of the stiffness and the improved door meets the requirements of the sag stiffness.The method provides basis for further research and development of new door.
