摘　　要：对汽车排气系统及其主要零件的腐蚀问题进行了分析,包括腐蚀坑深度与冷凝液pH值、Cl-、SO24-离子浓度的关系,并主要介绍了一种新型国产不锈钢409材料在汽车排气系统的应用。结果表明:该材料具有耐腐蚀性能良好、低成本的优点。The corrosion problem of automotive exhaust system and its component have been studied in this paper,included the relationship between corrosion depth and pH value,Cl-,SO42-concentration of condensate.The application of the new local 409 stainless steel on automotive exhaust system has also been introduced.The results show that the new material has the advantage of good corrosion resistance performance and low cost.
