摘　　要：器官移植为器官衰竭的患者带来了福音,同时也带来诸多伦理学问题,值得深思。本文从当前器官移植研究的现状及进展情况入手,对器官移植的医学、法学以及伦理学问题进行剖析与研究,同时在此基础上提出相应的建议。Organ transplantation brought good news for organ failure patients. While it brought a lot of ethical problems to ponder. At the basic of the present situation and development of the current organ transplant research, this paper analyzes and researches the medical, legal, and ethical problems of the organ transplantation, at the same time, the writer＇s advices and suggestions about the problems of the research are pro-posed.
