锌铬膜层结构的研究

摘　　要：通过SEM、XPS、XRD、DTA等手段分析和研究了锌铬膜层的成分和结构 ,提出了锌铬膜的成膜机理 .研究结果表明 ,膜层中的锌是以原料锌粉的状态存在 ,锌粉周围被氧化锌所包裹 ,锌粉之间以及锌粉与基体之间是由不溶性的三价铬氧化物所填充和粘结 .The composition and structure of dacrotized coating were studied by SEM, XPS,XRD,DTA,etc. The mechanism of producing dacrotized coating is proposed. Result showed zinc in the coating exists as zinc powder, zinc powder was wrapped in zinc oxide and the space between zinc powders and between zinc powders and metrix was filled by trivalence chromium oxide.
