摘　　要：介绍了插头外套原排样的不足及改进后的工艺特点 ,并介绍了实现新工艺的模具结构特点。The shortcomings of the original layout of the plug casing and the technological characteristics after improvement were introduced. The structure characteristics of the die for realizing the new technology were described. Thus an effective path for the formation of similar parts was found.
