摘　　要：对窄长悬臂零件进行了工艺分析 ,解决了模具强度问题 ,为避免条料产生偏摆而设计了侧压装置 。A technological analysis was made on the narrow and long cantilever parts. The strength problem of the die was solved. A side-pressing device was designed in order to avoid the bar part deviating. It turned out a good result.
