摘　　要：分析了6PNJ胶泵前护套结构 ,介绍了该零件的橡胶压制模 ,由于制件尺寸较大 ,不便于加工与大气相通的排气槽 ,采用了不与大气相通的“藏气槽”新方法 。The structure of the front protective shield for the 6PNJ rubber pump was analyzed. And the rubber pressing mould of the part was introduced. Due to the big size of the part,it's not easy to make the vent going through to the open air. A new method is adopted by opening a “hiding-air vent” which does not go out to the open air. It solved the exhausting problem for making the part.
