维生素C片剂外用治疗放化疗性口腔溃疡的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察维生素C片剂外用治疗放化疗引起的口腔溃疡的效果。方法将84例放化疗引起的口腔溃疡患者随机分为对照组和观察组，对照组常规口腔护理的基础上给予生理盐水含漱，观察组另加用维生素C片剂粉末外敷治疗。结果干预治疗7d后，观察组治愈率和总有效率明显高于对照组，两组比较有统计学差异（P〈0．05），观察组口腔溃疡治愈所需时间和疼痛持续时间明显短于对照组，两组比较有统计学差异（P〈0．01）结论维生素C片剂外敷对化疗所致的口腔溃疡效果较好，可缩短治愈时间和疼痛持续时间，并且价格低廉，安全可靠。Objective To observe the effect of vitamin C tablet for external use in the treatment of mouth ulcer caused by the Radio-chemotherapy. Methods 84 patients suffered from mouth ulcer caused by the radio-chemotherapy were randomly divided into two groups, the control group which was given normal oral care plus saline gargle while the observation group which was provided with the external application of mashed vitamin c tablet in addition. Results The cure and efficiency rates of the observation group were significant higher than the control group （P〈0.05）. The time of curing and time the pain last in the observation group were significant shorter than the control group （P〈0.01）. Conclusion The external application of mashed vitamin c tablet carries out a better result in treating mouth ulcer caused by the radio-chemotherapy, and reducing cure time and time the pain last. Furthermore, it is safe to use and financially affordable.
