摘 要:研究了分离浮选所用药剂对大冶铁矿铜精矿脱水过程的影响。试验室过滤试验表明,抑制剂石灰可使铜精矿的水分由10.65%增加到16.00%,并使铜精矿沉降后的上清液浊度降低。捕收剂Z—200对沉降和过滤过程的影响比石灰小得多。用硫酸调节铜精矿矿浆的pH值可以使钢精矿水分由16.00%降低到13.41%。用ESCA等手段研究表明,石灰增加铜精矿水分是山于在黄铜矿的表面形成了亲水的CaSO4和Fe(OH)3,硫酸的作用是清洗黄铜矿的表面。The effect of reagents used in separating chalcopyrite from pyrite on the dewatering of the copper concentrate at Daye iron Mine Mineral Processing Plant was investigated. The results showed that the dosage of lime used for depressing pyrite was the main factor that increased the filter cake moisture of copper concentrate from 10.65% to 16.00%. The collector Z-200, used for collecting chalcopyrite, had also adverse effect on the dewatering of copper concentrate, but its effect was much less than that of lime. The cake moisture of copper concentrate can be decreased from 16.00% to 13.41% by regulating the pH value of pulp with sulfuric acid. The mechanism with which the lime and the sulfuric acid affect the cake moisture of copper concentrate was investigated by using ESCA. The results showed that the increase of cake moisture of copper concentrate was due to the formation of hydrophilic CaSO4 and Fe(OH) 3 when lime was added. Decreasing the cake moisture of copper concentrate when sulfuric acid was added was due to removing of hydrophilic substances.
