摘　　要：介绍了国内外球铁曲轴的生产应用以及铸造工艺现状 ,指出铁型覆砂铸造和壳型填铁丸铸造工艺是生产球铁曲轴件具有良好前景的方法。Through introduction of application of the ductile iron in the production of automobile crankshafts and present status of its casting technology both in domestic and abroad.This paper points out that the metal mold casting coated with resin sand and the shell mold casting filled with iron balls are technologies with good future in the production of ductile iron crankshafts.
