米索前列醇、气囊、缩宫素引产临床效果比较

摘　　要：目的对米索前列醇、气囊、缩宫素三种引产方法在足月妊娠中应用的效果进行比较研究。方法选择我院足月单胎头位妊娠的孕妇120例,将其随机分成三组,每组40例,分别应用米索前列醇、气囊及缩宫素引产,对其效果进行比较。结果米索前列醇组引产成功率明显高于气囊组和缩宫素组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);米索前列醇组引产成功阴道分娩总产程明显短于气囊宫颈扩张组和缩宫素组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论足月妊娠引产阴道放置米索前列醇的效果比使用气囊和缩宫素更安全、有效。Objective To study and compare the effect of Misoprostol,airbag and oxytocin in pregnancy induced labor.Methods 120 patients with full-term single fetal head pregnancy were divided into three groups,and Misoprostol,airbag and oxytocin were applied in induced labor respectively.Results The success ratio of induced labor in Misoprostol group was higher than that in airbag group and oxytocin group,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.The total course of labor of Misoprostol group induced labor vaginal delivery were obviously shorter than that in airbag group and oxytocin group,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion The effect of vaginal placed Misoprostol in full-term pregnancy induced labor is safer and more effective than that of airbag and oxytocin.
