摘  要:LP筛浆机是日本IHI福伊特造纸技术株式会社根据40多年所积累的经验,采用多方面技术诀窍进行开发的硕果。该筛的关键技术是其内部结构先进,能使浆料在整个筛框的各个部分的通过速度保持均匀一致,并且可用较高的浆料浓度进行筛选,从而该筛的动力消耗极低,单位能耗3kWh/t。该筛2010年获第38届"佐佐木奖"。LP screen has been developed as a fruit of Japan IHI Voith Paper Technology Company from accumulated experiences over 40 years. Key technologies are in its inside advanced structure. They can make the speed of pulping materials of every part in the whole screen keep a constant velocity. And higher pulping concentration can be used for screening, thus the sieve of power consumption is extremely low, unit energy consumption is 3 kWh/t. This innovative screen was got the 38th "Sasaki award 2010".
