摘　　要：以某载带生产线为例介绍一种收卷张力控制系统。首先介绍了收卷部分机械结构,介绍了张力传感器——跳舞辊的基本原理;接着提出一种新的张力闭环速度控制模式,分析其控制结构,其PID控制算法采用速度式PID算法,最后给出了启动和停止时的控制曲线。This paper takes the carrier line as the example to introduce a tension control system. Firstly,the mechanics of the winding system was represented and the structure of the dancer roller the basic principles was analyzed; then,a new way of tension control system was given and compared with the original system. Practical results based on the new control system will be included by velocity PID. At last,we shows the control curves of starting/stopping the tension controller.
