摘　　要：对莱钢 5 0t超高功率电弧炉成功地进行了铁水热装试验 ,取得了显著的效果 ,并投入正常生产。对此进行了总结 ,并对冶炼结果进行了技术分析 ,对影响冶炼电耗、时间的关键问题———脱碳、供氧。Experiments of hot metal charging in 50 t super high power EAF have been successfully conducted and noticeable results achieved on Laiwu Iron & Steel Corp. The persent paper summerizes the test experiences, technologically analyzes the metallurgical results and discusses the key problems affecting the electricity consumption and time which include decarbonization, oxygen supply and furnace slag control.
