摘 要:采用有限元分析法建立真空平板玻璃的简化模型,研究了真空平板玻璃的静态与模态特性,得到静态载荷作用下真空平板玻璃的应力场、应变场及其前6阶模态,分析了真空平板玻璃的表面挠度变形、应力分布的规律及其各阶自然频率、振型等模态特性.研究结果表明:真空平板玻璃前6阶频率比较明显,静态载荷下真空平板玻璃中心处表面应力值与挠度变形程度较大,随着与真空平板玻璃中心处距离的增加,应力值与挠度变形呈现减小趋势.By using finite element method, the simplified model of the vacuum plate glass was built. The static and modal characteristics of the vacuum plate glass were studied. The stress field and the strain field of the vacuum plate glass under static load and its preceding six modal were obtained. The regularity of the deformation and the stress distribution on the vacuum plate glass surface and its modal properties such as natural frequency and vibration modes were analyzed. The research results showed that the preceding six modal of the vacuum plate glass became more apparent. The deflection and stress value at the center of the vacuum plate glass under static load were the maxi- mum. With the increase of the distance from the center of the vacuum plate glass, the deflection and stress value were inclined to reduce.
