摘　　要：在PCB生产线上，阻抗的测试尤其重要。传统的阻抗测试需要手工对取样示波器进行设置，不仅耗时而且效率低下。本文以泰克DSA8200取样示波器为例，首先介绍了使用TekVISA编程的方法和IPC—TM－650校准方法，然后利用面向对象的编程工具VC＋＋为其开发了控制程序，通过PC对取样示波器进行参数设置、发送命令、读取波形等一系列操作，最终控制取样示波器完成了特性阻抗的校准和测试。In the PCB production line, the impedance test is particularly important. In traditional impedance test of PCB, the manual setting for the sampling oscilloscope is needed, so it is not only time-consuming but also inefficient. By taking Tektronix DSA8200 sampling oscilloscope as an example, this paper first introduces the programming methods with TekVISA and the IPC-TM- 650 calibration methods and then develops the control procedures by using object-oriented programming tool VC＋＋. And a series of operations for sampling oscilloscope, such as parameter setting, commands sending and data of wave form reading, etc are implemented by means of PC, thus the calibration and testing of characteristic impedance are achieved by controlling the sampling oscilloscope finally.
