摘　　要：本文基于Agilent公司的ADS软件设计了一款采用Doherty技术的高效率功率放大器。作者介绍了Doherty技术的原理；采用ADS2008软件对功率放大器的直流偏置、源和负载的最佳阻抗以及整体功率放大器进行了设计。A high-efflcient power amplifier with Doherty technology is designed based on Agilent＇s ADS software in this paper. The principle of Doherty technology is introduced and the DC bias, the optimal impedance of the source and load of the power amplitier as well as the entire power amplifier are designed by adopting ADS2008 software by the author.
