摘　　要：为适应对医学检验人才需求出现的新变化,江苏大学于2006年开设了四年制医学检验本科专业,经过5年多的培养实践,取得了初步成果。文章总结了四年制医学检验本科专业培养目标定位、课程体系调整、教学改革等方面的实践经验,形成了具有该校特色的四年制医学检验培养模式,为学科长远发展奠定了基础。As the demand of talents in the field of laboratory medicine, in order to adapt to the new situation, Jiangsu University established a four-year program laboratory medicine specialty in 2006. After five years of training practice, preliminary results were acquired. The authors summarized the practice achievements which come from the training objects of the laboratory medicine, the adjustment of curriculum system, teaching reforms, and formed the pattern of the four-year program medical laboratory with Jiangsu University＇ s characteristics, which set a basement for the fu^her development of four-year program medical laboratory.
