手术贴膜加纸棉预防气压止血带皮肤损伤的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨应用手术贴膜加纸棉预防气压止血带皮肤损伤的效果。方法选取2009年7月—2011年6月在上海市浦东新区公利医院择期行四肢手术中用气压止血带的患者150例,随机分为实验组和对照组各75例。实验组采用3L手术贴膜加石膏纸棉法,对照组采用石膏纸棉法,比较两组患者在手术完成减压后及术后2 h止血带损伤的发生率。结果实验组手术完成减压后及术后2 h患者局部皮肤损伤的发生率明显低于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用手术贴膜加纸棉法有助于预防气压止血带对皮肤的损伤,减少对患者的伤害,有利于患者的康复。Objective To investigate the effects of surgical adhesive membrane plus tissue paper on preventing skin injury during air tourniquet application.Methods A total of 150 patients who were undergoing limb surgery with air tourniquet application in our hospital from July 2009 to June 2011 were selected.They were randomly and equally divided into two groups.The tissue paper was used in the control group,while surgical adhesive membrane plus tissue paper was used in the experimental group.The rate of skin injury between the two groups was evaluated at the end of operation and 2 h postoperation.Results The rates of skin injury in the experimental group at the end of operation and 2 h postoperation were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Surgical adhesive membrane plus tissue paper can effectively reduce skin injury during air tourniquet application.
