编目业务外包实践与思考——以河北农业大学图书馆为例

摘　　要：实行采编业务外包不仅缩短了新书与读者见面的时间,而且能最大限度地节省图书馆的人力、物力、财力资源。结合河北农业大学图书馆编目外包的实践,对编目过程中出现的问题进行了归纳总结,并从全面了解投标公司的服务能力、推行执证编目员制度、加强对业务细节的控制、提高本馆编目员素质、建立一套有效的评价体系等几个方面提出了编目业务外包环境下书目数据质量控制的应对策略。It can shorten the time that library users meet the new books and retrench manpower, material resources and financial resources to the utmost capacity by Outsourcing of Acquisition and Cataloguing. In this paper, the author summarizes the questions in the Outsourcing activity According to the Library of Agricultural University of Hebei was, the strategies for the quality controljof the cataloging data put forward including the following aspects, investigating the serv- ice ability of the bidding company, pursuing Cataloguer Qualification Examination System, en- hancing the control of details of the outsourcing, improving the qualities of Libraries, and Build- ing up a Framework for effective evaluation.
