摘　　要：MO已经把通过船舶压载水带来的海洋物种入侵列为四个最具威胁的海洋问题之一。如何彻底的解决压载水异地排放问题,又能满足船舶的正常航行,本篇将就这一问题提出自己的观点,并给出概念性的分析。IMO has already considered that Marine species invasion caused by ballast water as one of the four most threatened marine problems. This article discusses how to solve the remote emission problem of ballast water as the normal sailing of ships is kept and gives the conceptual analysis on it.
