摘　　要：介绍在UP472双面提花机上设计开发4种有特色的单面提花面料,包括两色单面提花织物、有弹性的两色加氨纶单面提花织物、用有光涤纶丝和天然彩棉织造的单面提花织物以及用纯棉纱织造的单面提花织物。详细介绍这4种面料的编织工艺,包括意匠图、穿纱方式、纱线长度以及织造过程中的注意事项。This paper designs and develops four kinds of single-sided jacquard fabrics with special characteristics on UP472 large diameter circular double knitting machine including two-color single-sided jacquard fabric,polyurethane introduced two-color single-sided elastic jacquard fabric,single -sided jacquard fabric knitted with lustrous polyester filament and natural colored cotton fiber,and single -sided jacquard fabric knitted with pure cotton fiber. The knitting technology of these four fabrics are presented in detail including notation,threading ways,yarn length and precautions .
