摘  要:对无缝内衣常用的锦纶、锦氨包芯纱长丝进行了真空汽蒸处理,检测了纱线强力指标的变化,并研究了纱线经真空汽蒸处理后对织物手感、染色等指标的影响。结果表明,锦纶长丝在真空汽蒸处理后断裂强度、初始模量、屈服强力下降,断裂伸长率增加;锦氨包芯纱中的氨纶长丝在真空汽蒸处理后断裂强度、初始模量下降,弹性回复率变差,塑性变形率增大。面纱锦纶长丝和地纱锦氨包芯纱均经过真空汽蒸处理后的织物较轻薄,手感更加柔软、滑糯,悬垂性和透气性良好,但刚性稍差,织物的幅宽会相应增加;另外,织物的匀染性和织物的K/S值有所提高。This paper employs the vacuum steaming technology to treat the seamless underwear used nylon filament and nylon/polyurethane covered yarn,tests the changes of tensile strength,and studies the influences of this technology on hand and dyeing properties. The results show that the break strength,initial modulus and yield strength of the treated nylon filament will decrease and the break elongation will increase; the break strength and initial modulus of treated polyurethane filament will decrease,the elastic recovery will become worse and the plastic deformation will increase; the fabric knitted with treated nylon filament on surface and treated nylon/polyurethane covered yarn 2030 as ground looks relatively light and thin with soft and smooth hand ,good drape and air permeability but with worse stiffness; the fabric knitted with untreated nylon filament on surface and treated nylon/polyurethane covered yarn 2030 as ground will give bigger width. In addition ,it is found that the fabric knitted with treated yarns bears high levelness and the levelness will reach its best when only the surface nylon filament treated; the K/S value increases and the K/S value of fabric knitted with treated nylon filament on surface and treated nylon/polyurethane covered yarn 2030 as ground reaches its highest. The data also show that K/S value of coffee colored fabric can be increased from 6.455 to 11.630.
