摘 要:以廉价可再生的改性木质素作为分散剂,研究了宝日希勒褐煤的成浆性能;利用正交试验,考察了煤的配比、浆体温度、改性木质素分散剂用量和pH值对成浆性能的影响;利用单因素试验,研究了pH值、煤的配比、分散剂用量和制浆温度等因素对水煤浆流变性的影响。结果表明,各因素对浆体流变性影响大小顺序为:煤的配比>浆体温度>分散剂用量>pH值;在25℃,煤的配比为30∶20,分散剂用量为0.3%以及pH值=4的优化条件下,该煤成浆的最大浓度达56.1%,与原料木钠相比,改性木质素成浆浓度提高了4.1个百分点。The cheap and renewable modified lignin was used as dispersant to study performance of brown coal CWS. Effects of coal ratio, temperature, dosages of dispersant and pH on the performance of coal water slurry were investigated by the orthogonal test with four factors and three levels. Effects of coal rati- o, temperature, dosages of dispersant and pH on the theological behavior of coal water slurry were stud- ied by single - factor test. The results showed that the significance of the four factors on the performance of brown coal as indicated by the magnitude of the range could be described in the order of coal matching 〉 temperature 〉 additive dosages 〉 pH. Under the optimal conditions: coal matching of 30: 20, temper- ature of 25, the dosages of the dispersant of 0.3 % of the coal and pH = 4, the highest CWS concentration was 56. 1%. The highest CWS concentration was raised 4. 1% compared with the result when LS served as the dispersant.
